Our tailored 12-week program is designed to kick-start a healthy lifestyle in adults with type 2 diabetes. It combines personalized food and nutrition counseling sessions led by our expert dietitians with a tailored exercise regimen guided by experienced personal trainers. Participants will receive one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions every two weeks and work with personal trainers 3 to 5 days a week.

Monthly group sessions and workshops will cover essential skills like reading nutrition fact labels, creating healthy balanced meals, and smart grocery shopping. Participants can connect with their dietitian via WhatsApp for ongoing support. They will receive a Fitbit band to monitor their progress. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting program.
