
Sarah AlHenaidi earned a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition/Dietetics from San Diego State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University. She completed her dietetic internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, where she gained extensive experience in oncology and clinical nutrition. Her professional background spans diabetes and oncology care, with a particular focus on type 1 and type 2 diabetes management. At DDI, Sarah provides evidence-based nutrition care and contributes to ongoing research and program development within the Nutrition Unit. She is passionate about empowering individuals and families through education, helping them build confidence and independence in managing diabetes and achieving sustainable, balanced health outcomes.
