Dr. Dherar Alroudhan is a Consultant in Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Internal Medicine. After completing his fellowship at the Kuwait Institute for Medical Specialization in 2014, he joined the Dasman Diabetes Institute (DDI) in 2017. At DDI, he manages patients in diabetes clinics and is actively involved in clinical research. Dr. Alroudhan’s special interests include Type 1 diabetes and insulin pump therapies. A member of the Endocrine Society and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, he also contributes to the field through the clinical education of medical students and resident physicians. He currently serves as the Head of the Education and Training Unit at DDI, while also practicing at Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital and Jaber Al-Ahmad Hospital, which are part of the Kuwait Ministry of Health.
