The Strategy Management Office:
1. Coordinates the design, management, delivery and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the Institute
2. Manages corporate knowledge and content
3. Oversees quality assurance across all initiatives and corporate integrity
4. Manages corporate support functions and organisational assets to ensure all operational activities are fully enabled
5. Develops the Institute into a commercial enterprise by developing and implementing a range of income-generating initiatives
6. Champions the organisational transformation agenda

The ISAB is an independent and external scientific advisory board that has been appointed to contribute to strengthening internal research strategy and management capabilities at DDI. The board is composed of local and international experts who conduct unbiased reviews of Institute’s performance on a periodic basis and advise the DDI Senior Management and BOT on clinical and scientific priorities. The Patent and Research Translation Office (PRTO) is an organizational entity specifically developed through collaborations with multiple renowned law firms in the United States aiming to generate or resolve patents on novel findings within DDI.
