DDI renewed its Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification in 2024. HIPAA offers significant benefits, especially in data privacy, security, and healthcare efficiency. The certification is valid until August 2025.
Accreditation Canada
DDI maintained the Diamond Accreditation Canada Qmentum International Program certification in 2024. In October 2024, DDI fulfilled essential AC requirements via the AHRQ Medical Office Survey on Patient Safety Culture which helps assess and identify areas for improvement, while enabling the team to develop action plans.
