Make sure you bring your radiology request form, Civil ID, insurance card, and any prior imaging reports.

Before Appointment
Make sure you follow the test specific instructions provided. Inform us if you are or maybe pregnant.

On the Day
Make sure you arrive 30 mins before your appointment. Please read the Late Policy.
