Through dedicated training and annual skill competencies, our team detects health issues early, cuts down on referral delays, and ensures stronger patient safety across all clinic services.
We actively assess all DDI patients aged 50 and older for fall risks to prevent serious injuries and fractures.
We educate high-risk patients on maintaining adequate vitamin D levels to protect bone density, strengthen teeth, and reduce the risk of fractures from falls.
We perform a quick, low-impact fitness check for all patients to evaluate strength, balance, and mobility: grip strength, balance test, chair rise exercise, and a 4-meter walk test.
Following local and international guidelines, our infection control nursing team maintains strict standards for hand hygiene, PPE use, environmental cleanliness, and equipment safety.
