Dr. Anil Thussu is a Consultant and Head of Neurology at Al-Amiri Hospital in Kuwait, a teaching hospital affiliated with the Kuwait University Faculty of Medicine. He also heads the Neurology Division at the Dasman Diabetes Institute. Dr. Thussu completed his D.M. in Neurology from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGI), Chandigarh. He is active in post-graduate teaching, co-founded the neurology residents training board for KIMS (based on the Canadian board model) , and has contributed about forty-five original papers to medical journals. His current research interests focus on emerging therapies in multiple sclerosis.
