Prof. David R. Matthews, University of Oxford and Vice Principal, Harris Manchester College, Emeritus founding Chairman, Oxford Centre for Diabetes, Endocrinology Metabolism conducted a practical training program for two consecutive days, 18th and 19th March 2012 at DDI. The training was very interactive and was directed mainly at research physicians and those who usually present data at international meetings. The training consisted of various segments including conducting practical experiments, discussing parametric and non-parametric statistics, ethics of research, collaboration and competition, answering questions at conferences, the politics of research and other different topics. Many researchers, laboratory technicians and technologists and healthcare professionals benefited from the training program.
