Dasman Diabetes Institute recently held a lecture for its staff members titled “Infection Prevention and Control: Recommendations for Patients with Known or Suspected Ebola Hemorrhagic Fever”. The lecture was presented by Dr. Mona Salama, Infection Control Senior Specialist, Clinical Services Department, Dasman Diabetes Institute, on Sunday, 7th September, 2014. Holding this lecture stems from the Institute’s efforts to be up-to-date with the maximized standards of infection prevention and safety, for patients of the Institute and staff members as well. The lecture was attended by physicians, laboratory technicians, nurses, and many other staff members.
