The Dasman Diabetes Institute (DDI), established by the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS), has signed a cooperation agreement with the Blue Circle Voluntary Group. This agreement will allows the Institute to provide devices that include blood glucose testing devices and accessories at a nominal cost.  The cooperation will be dedicated to supporting the educational activities, awareness campaigns and services provided by the Institute to contribute to spreading awareness about diabetes and its various complications.

The collaboration between Blue Circle and the DDI stems from the Institute’s mission, which is focused on advanced research, prevention and reduction of the impact of diabetes and related health problems in Kuwait through effective programs in research, training, education and health education.
