Group Classes

FRC’s Group Class Descriptions:

ABS:

The class consist of specific moves, sequences and routines to give you a great abdominal workout.

Circuit:

This class consists of movements that is explosive, agile and quicker. It incorporates plyometric, speed, agility drills in a group setting. Not suitable for beginners.

Cycling:

This is an exercise session in which participants ride stationary bicycles at varying speeds and resistance setting.

Pilates:

Core strengthening exercises (stomach/back). Focus is on long lean muscle development using strength moves and flexibility components.

Strength & Core Workout:

A full body workout using cardio, strength, balance and flexibility exercises to reach the level of fitness.  Each class will be slightly different and will use different pieces of equipment including your own body weight. For all levels.

Yoga:

A total body workout that combines the slow controlled breathing and stretching movements. For all levels.

A fusion of music and dance moves. For all levels

Fit Ball:

This class will improve strength. For all levels.
